Shipping & Returns

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and selected method. We ship via USPS Ground Advantage / UPS SurePost — typically $5–8 to most US zips. No surprise handling fees.

• Pre-order ship date: the first production run ships July 1, 2026. You'll be charged today and we'll email you a tracking number the moment your kit leaves our warehouse.
• Processing time: in-stock orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days.
• Transit time: 3–6 business days via USPS Ground Advantage / UPS SurePost depending on your zip.
• Order tracking: a tracking link is emailed automatically once your label is created.

Because every GlowHook kit is a small-batch bridal accessory packed to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your kit arrives damaged, defective, or missing a component, we'll make it right — fast.

• How to report an issue: email our team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll ship a free replacement or refund the affected item — your choice.
• No restocking fees, no return shipping for damaged or defective kits.
• Test before the wedding: we always recommend testing the marker on an inconspicuous area of the dress or a matching fabric swatch at the fitting, well before the wedding day.

If your kit arrives damaged or never shows up, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or 14 days from ship date if the package never arrived). Include a photo for damaged items — we'll ship a free replacement immediately. No back-and-forth, no restocking fees.

We currently ship to the United States only. International expansion is coming — if you're a boutique or planner outside the US interested in carrying GlowHook, please reach out via our wholesale page.
